Donate Problem

I just donated 33 dollars (US) on Icecrown, and it was withdrawn from my account but doesn't show up on my recent history. Also do not have coins in account. It has been the 30 minute waiting period and im Afraid i will lose my money and donation, if a GM could please help fix this.

I guess you can wait a bit more, anyway that is what to do:
Create a support ticket (here https://www.warmane.com/account/support?do=new or send an email to [email protected] in case you are not premium yet) with the following information:
Warmane account name
Method of donation
Email on the payment processor account
TransactionID / OrderID
Amount donated
Date of donation

I am not able to get the transaction or order is because it won't show on history and didn't go through PayPal so I couldn't get a receipt for it, but I will try thank you.

I wish they had paysafe and/or paypal. The cards here can't go through and Mint is only available for US/CA. This is stupid. People want to give money and they make it unnecessarily (imo) hard.

I think the same, i want to donate but i dont trust in the methods available, if will be paypal i´ll donate immediately.
