Im trying to donate on another char, and get donator status. But i cant, it says transaction denied everytime. Could any one help me out? My mastercard is working, talked with the bank already, i got money on my bankaccount, everything is right where it should be. I donated also 3 times today and it worked perfectly fine but not on this account.

I would actually call the bank, some banks have a security feature when it comes to using your card multiple times on a similar site. Just to double check that this isn't what is holding you up.

As far as where to ask these types of questions.... Log into one of your premium accounts and look further down in the forums for the Premium Members section. Maybe a moderator could move this thread there if my suggestion didn't work so you can get further help.
