WotLK Faction Change

Hi,

When doing a faction change it does not say if all your items, gold etc. will be transferred. Will everything be the same, except you are on the opposite faction? I can not find any information on the forum regarding this topic, therefore I am asking.

Everything's kept, excepting the guild and any arena teams you might be on (actually you are asked to leave them before doing so).
When it comes to items, achievements and reputations, some might be converted to the other faction ones.
