Cataclysm Need help @ Warsong

I tried to switch from Neltharion to Warsong about 20 minutes ago but now i am stuck in character creation in Warsong. When i enter the game and login it just throws me in character creator. When i click on finish the creation i get a response that says that i need to switch to another realm, however there is no way to do that. That is why i need your help so that you can explain to me how to switch from Warsong back to Neltharion. I tried to change realmlist but it didnt help so please help me asap.

i just logged on and as it was loading i pressed esc. it took a few times but kicked me to the relm list.. hope thishelps
