Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( in your case is important)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
then you did something wrong because it must work at 100%, anyway get "MoP minimal" then
I Fill torrent, deleted the torrent from here to download it, then I rebooted the PC in the properties here went for read-only folder and subfolders
