Find here that stormstrike isnt afeted by normalization.
what that means?
Coz it do some damge as white hit and if its not afeted by normalization that means stormstrike is bugged our realm dosent have normalization.
Any smart ideas about that??

It simply means that stormstrike isn't affected by the normalization process of different speed weapons. Read this as, the slower, harder hitting your weapon is, the stronger your stormstrike is going to be.
