I feel ripped off- change your wording on "Premium Features"
So I just donated $10 to get instant max-level based off of the wording from the Premium Membership thread:
"Premium Features
Coins to spend on in-game items, instant max-level (Not on Lordaeron), faction change, and other features through the website"
That is a list of premium features. That is not "Coins to spend on: in-game items, instant max-level..." to make it clear that you need to PAY for max-level after being a premium member already. I only spent $10 because I wanted max-level now. I wouldn't have paid $20 for that, but now I am either out $10 for nothing or I need to pay an extra $10 for instant max-level, only only ONE character...
You should make it clear that this is the case, instead of leaving ambiguous wording to trick people into spending money. I haven't even played on the server for an hour to justify me donating $10. I don't even know yet if I will enjoy the server! Can you please refund me my money, or give me a max-level character boost?
Edit: I reposted this in the premium sub so you can delete this post
You can gladly charge back your money and get Permabanned for fraudulent payment, and re-read what you just quoted In-game items refer to ICC25hc items that are 'available' ingame and they are 'items' and you do this Through the Website your issue is you didn't bother taking 5 mins to look at the shop or the section where you choose to level up a character faction change them ect thats your fault not Warmanes.

Dude you can't even type a ****ing sentence for me give a **** about your opinion. How should I know that I need to check? It clearly stated "Premium Features: instant max-level". That IS Warmane's fault for their ****ty wording.

That may be so. But it's your own fault for not checking exactly how much does the instant level-up costs. Like @Thydus said, you could've checked for 5-10 min around the shop or services and see what's what but you chose not to. Always read the "fine print".
I was going to pay $15 to activate my retail wow account and decided "hey, I'll just spend $10 and start on this private server!". How is that an impulse buy?
Do you see wtf you're doing right now? You're "impulse replying" and coming to dumbass conclusions because of it- sort of what you are accusing me of doing...
And you are opening multiple threads instead of one. I foresee one of your threads being moved to "trash", not sure which.
Ok, you are confusing me, so you don't know if you will enjoy this server and yet, you've purchased "premium" status wishing for instant level-up instead of actually playing the game from level 1 and see if you are going to take a liking to this server?
No, I don't think they will refund your money. Sorry.

I DID check how much it cost- $10 according to that post and the way I read it. I even searched the entire article for the words "max" and "level" and searched in other places as well.
I didn't care what the shop had to offer, because it stated I get instant max-level, on top of saying I get coins....
All they had/have to do is write "Coins to spend on:" with the ":" being the important bit.
Again: "One-time donation awards a permanent Premium Membership.
Donating $10.00 awards 10 Coins by default. "
That seems like two separate things (which it is technically)- one I cared about for the stated benefits of "instant max-level" (premium membership), the other I didn't give a **** about (coins for items).

LOL yeah I realized this was the better place for the thread- I tried to delete the original one, but I cannot...
Yes because $10 isn't much of an investment, it is less than the $15 I would have spent for retail wow. Even if I played for 5-10 hours trying it out at level 80, the $10 would have been worth it. Now playing 10-20 hours, if I hate the server that will not happen in any way.
Also, if you know anything about WoW you should know that playing at low level does not give you a sense of a server in almost any way at all. You cannot engage with the players properly to know how the community is. So I would be wasting my time to play for 20 hours plus to get to a decent level, just to find out I hate all the raiding guilds or something like that. Both my time and money are valuable to me.
No, I don't care about your opinion on the matter. Sorry.
I don't know which guild you were in and your bad experiences that followed but I have fond memories of leveling up my chars with random people and having the time of my life. That is the WoW I know and remember. But okay, your time is precious if you say so.
Since you don't care about my opinions, here is the cold, hard fact for you... You won't be getting your money back. Better start and level up. Or donate more money and get your instant level-up and grind for gear. ^^
Kind regards and wishing you the very best,
Baluhterijum.
P.S. - You should always waste time even if you don't have any. Time is not the boss of you. ;)

I loved leveling up in retail and had a blast- but I would hate to do it again now after many level 80+ toons. Plus it isn't the same as how it used to be in vanilla.
haha. That is still your opinion, unless you are secretly a mod. I won't give them more money lol, I said I feel ripped off.
Thanks man. Heh it isn't when I am trying to have fun, but that was the whole point- whether I'd spend that many hours having fun or not. I don't want to spend 10-20 hours through what feels like chores.
Coins to spend on in-game items, instant max-level (Not on Lordaeron), faction change, and other features
The wording seemed pretty clear to me, plus you could have check for yourself by going to the "coin marketplace" by going My Accounts -> Services Tab -> Coin Sub menu -> Faction Change/Instant 80 etc are all listed there with their prices.
On the plus side, you now get to skip queues which is a huge benefit if you play at peak EU times, otherwise it's 1-2 hour login times.
Considering how many people have donated through the years, and how you're the first or at most second person to ever have complained they misinterpreted the text like that, numbers seem to indicate the issue isn't on the text, by a landslide margin. If you found the wording dubious, you should have asked here and most players, donors or not, would have clarified it for you.
