cooking issue/question

i dont read forums all the time so not sure this this topic has been disscussed if so can mod pls forward a link
problem im having i started from 0 went to 300ish then started the panderia area did everything :

Ready for Greatness
even the quest for Rice Pudding recieved illustrious, but Rice Pudding supposed to give zen master
this is where im currently stuck, still illustrious yet im at 532/600 the only orange recipes i can make
are
[Way of the Grill: Charbroiled Tiger Steak] which has a counter 1/75 ive taken it to 75/75 nothing else happens
[Way of the Wok: Sauteed Carrots] same thing ive done these per the quest
[Way of the Pot: Swirling Mist Soup] same this other 2 ive dont the quest, now all i can do continue to make but no gains 1/75 to 75/75
[Way of the Steamer: Shrimp Dumplings] same thing
[Way of the Oven: Wildfowl Roast] samething
[Way of the Brew: Ginseng Tea] << this goes to 1/450 i went to 450 and nothing happens i can just keep making them.
someone told me i need to work tillerman rep ive started will be done that tomorrow, not sure why im not able to raise above 532 but maybe being a private server certain way to do it. any help would be appreciated thanks..

Looks like you need to raise Tiller's rep, acquire the high-end recipes that require meats and veggies to make, which should open up higher experience gain for this questline. From there, one should be able to raise rep in whatever Way that they choose to. This should bring about 600 cooking skill. Thank you to the person that told me about this in Stormwind. :)
