Don't level as a tank as your first toon. No one wants to do heroics with a 3.2k gs tank thats def capped......I've had 6 dif healers leave before the dungeon even starts

Hello,you seem to met some people of icecrown community,in order to do icc you must have 5.3 or 5.4gs for normal ofc,and you must have some achievements,dunno some people ask for KS orther light dawn or how is called,and if you want voa you must have 5k gs+ its hard if amy pugs will accept you
About making your own raid with very low gs and reserved items/boes people either wont join,(i mean you wont get high geared people)
Good that i am above 6.0gs both pve and pvp,i almost never pve anyway
Sad.But its true,try to get 4.5k gs and maybe most people wont complain about your gs

Ye i know that,but its same lol,people ask like 5k gs rdf hc lol,and then complain about multiboxers and donors,which they fund the server to be a free for them,but nah they curse,insult them for breaking their "gameplay" oh well..

Not only must new players struggle with proffessions/questing to get boe from ah, farm emblems etc, but even then are basically trolled...
I know, join a guild.. but many players are not that type (i have seen many players in different guilds, who i doubt even know the existence of g chat and that it aint burn them)
Organize a raid.. And basically rip on the minors between the elevated lady..
besides, there are many, many players who are again afraid to lead - honestly, when i am prepping a raid, i hate that [Raid Leader] badge :(
Let me say something i hear some wise adults say - if we agree (i not completely, but is still true..):
Life is awful, but that is because we have chosen to be so. Oh well, for warmane characters, i believe this is quite true...

3.2kgs is enough to tank heroic dungeons. It's the healers who left who are the problem since they too are too ***** to heal that brave tank. I have healed many rdf heroics where the tank was barely above 3kgs and it wasn't a problem.
So to all new players, Ignore this thread.

Some people are also not the kind to be a leader, but are better to be a follower.
There is no way I can lead a raid let alone a dungeon unless I did that raid 100+ times and even then it is iffy.

romz just to add, don't be a syth, polarring the people, it surely ain't just boss/follower.... anyway, don't be afraid to try - it is cool, once you pass the nightmare of getting together a whole group (sometimes >80 min) :D

I had a tank as first character and it was fine. Just make 3k GS and go FoS Normal you can tank it for sure ! when you get some items from FoS Nm, you should be 3.3 - 3.4k GS. Start FoS/PoS farm until you get all the items that are for tanks from there. After the grind for items in FoS/PoS Nm you should be 4k GS+. Go FoS HC, if the items for tank drop you should be around 4.1 - 4.3k GS now you can tank PoS HC. Now you grind FoS/PoS HC until you get all the items for tank from there. Since you can go FoS/PoS HC once a day if the items didn't drop farm RDF for Emblem of triumphs. Buy trinket and helm and after that farm EoTs for T9 if you don't have some of the parts at 232 lvl.
At 3.5k GS you can go farm your Ashen Verdict repotation to get your ring. I suggest, you to make ICC Rep Farm yourself and reserve the BoE, this way until you get exalted you should have made at least 15k Gold from BoEs.
Even if all the items are 232 lvl you won't be 5k GS, so you would have to farm some gold with a profession and buy 1-2 more BoE's.
Now when you are 5k GS you can be off tank in ICC 10 Nm without a problem. Hell I've been in a raid with a 5148 Dwarf Prot warrior as off tank and we oneshotted everything till sindragosa (PP was skipped).
