Technical Sound Issues

Hello. Recently when I downloaded the server after getting windows 10, there were sound flickering in the game.
I tried unplugging my headset and turned on the sound speakers, cleared game cache and WDB files, and getting a new sound card, but none of the attempts work.

And when I switch to windows 7 and 8, every twenty seconds the sound starts to blur up and clear again in repeat. I recently discovered that the 2.4.3 and 3.3.5 servers has the same problem for me, but not vanilla servers surprisingly.

If you made a sound cache replacement for me, I thank you.

Any thoughts?

And yes, I switched the compatibility mode to windows 8 on the server client.
But like I said, it didn't work

No, It's like another layer of sound.
the type of flickering is a "Tick" sound. It happens every second if the game volume is on.
