Everytime i try and create a ticket for an issue im having with Payment wall donations the submit button wont work. Just comes up with 'Invalid characters used, try again'

Im not using any characters other than general punctuation, even when i remove all punctuation marks it still says same thing.

Is this a known issue or am i missing something and just being a tard ???

Hello, Are you trying to create a ticket here on Warmane? Or Paymentwall? There are known issues with Paymentwall. http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....t=Payment+wall

Depending on your issue, you may have to contact and email Paymentwall direct.

Was a ticket to Warmane, was just trying to see if they can arrange any other way for me to donate. Ive been trying to resolve an issue with Payment wall for 3 days (almost 4 now) sent them everything they asked for, talked to my own bank and they say there is no issue their side, but im still getting nowhere when trying to make a payment through Payment wall.

Sent a ticket a few days ago to warmane about the issue and had no problems creating it, they replied with some things to try (which did not work) so was just trying to send a new ticket with updated info on the subject. But for some reason it wouldnt let me send it as described in original post above. It was quite a long ticket so wasnt sure if it was because i went over a character limit (if there is one).

Unfortunately you have to deal with Paymentwall direct not Warmane. The only other way to donate is the listed forms of payments only, Gift Cards like Burger King, Subway, Cvs, Dollar General etc....might work better.

Paymentwall is a total hassle. Usually it only takes 24 to 48 hrs sometimes sooner if I am lucky LOL I tried to donate tonight and same issues as always. I am still waiting too.
You just have to wait or try the gift cards. If you try the gift cards and they work, dont let Paymentwall jack you and say they will refund you in 7 to 10 days. Work with your bank to get your account credited sooner.

I am so sorry to hear that. Did you at least get your refund from your Bank?
