So when the server went down 1 hour ago, i keep reciving WOWError on loading screen when entering a toon. Anyone else experience the same issue? Is there any fix?

I personally have no problem accessing the server at this moment.
Try connecting into another toon, and if that doesn't work either, try erasing the Cache folder on World of Warcraft folder.
If that doesn't work and you are playing on the new-character (wod) version client, it is most likely because of client having not enough allotted memory.
