WoD Model Error

When I tried updating the models to WoD models, I seem to be encountering this error:
"Data/enUS/wow-update-enUS-17325.MPQ: Cannot stream required archive data. Please check your network connection. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6250"

Any idea how I can fix this and get the WoD models at the same time?

you need a full patch MOP 5.4.8 not an upgraded 5.4.2 for using WoD models.
