Got banned because some korean guy hacked me and advertised for something, now i got unbanned more or less instantly so thats good, but i only get 0.4 vote points now, which is not good. Who/where should i ask around to get that fixed if its possible? And if its not possible i can just make a new account assuming i can sell characters to myself.

Ban appeals are bottom priority. You'll need to be patient with them.

Seems i need to be banned to be able to submit a ban appeal. what do?

If your account is premium you can use a different ticket type (General Enquiry) since it's not really a ban appeal after you are already unbanned. Otherwise you can try to send email to [email protected]. But I am not sure if they will give you back those points. You get less points for 1 year when your account is banned.
