Technical Account stolen

My account got stoled the 5 gen 2016.
I have recived a mail saying this "Dear Deacoor,

We've received a request to change the email on your account.
The following IP Address is making the request: 78.61.196.176

The email has been changed from ******@gmail.com to [email protected].

Thanks for helping us maintain the security of your account."

Kinda a joke, i havent the chance to reclame the change, and this is a ****ing LITHUAN IP IM ITALIAN.

I want my account back, this is our problem issues becous dont ask conf by the MAIN EMAIL, u cant let ppl change email withtout a confirmation. I still have my reg mail back 23/10/15.

I dont know there the **** put this. I just need help.

I have all email if some DVS/GM contact me i can provide everythink.
