Heirlooms and marketplace advertising

Hello,
I've read quite a few threads about this server, but I don't recall seeing anything about Heirlooms. I know that these items are not currently available in-game on this realm, but nothing more. I am not encouraging this I am simply getting informed. People should be against it since it causes imbalance.
Also i've seen a couple of people on global or trade chat advertising their item/gold/char that is on sale on the marketplace. It didn't bother me in a way that they were spamming, but it bothered me to see THAT and what that marketplace is doing to this realm. I see the necessity of it and because of that I am not making any suggestions to change that, just asking if that kind of advertising is against the rules and if yes can it be reported if evidence is provided?
Also if the answer is yes you should consider putting that in one of the threads as an important matter since players would be putting themselves in a situation where they risk getting banned without even knowing it.

According to the rules, it seems the only form of advertising your characters on the marketplace that is not allowed (that is mentioned) is on the forums. So far every realm I have been on since the character trade system has been implemented has had people advertising characters in game. So I am assuming it is allowed. Now if they are advertising their characters for anything other than trading on the warmane marketplace (eg: for real money) that is strictly forbidden and not just bannable, but people can easily get scammed as well. Hence, the safety of using the marketplace.
