In the latest changelog it mentions that the initial implementation of the brawlers guild system took place. Does that mean that I can use my Blood-Soaked Invitation without wasting it like all the previous ones? Will it provide access for my character for the future when it becomes available on the Alliance side, or should I keep it?

The system isn't finished and is still disabled on FW, don't use your invitations until its official release to prevent losing it.

Just killed Willy Wilder near the Black Market and he didn't drop a blood soaked invitation even if it's supposed to be 100% so i gues the system isn't on yet even now.
