Accout lost

hey guys i got a problem.. recently i got back to world of warcraft to find out one of my account was hacked (i guess ) i never had 2 step on it.. Problem is after wipe i trnsfered account on new email adress , old one is not at the function anymore .I have every proff that account is mine on email..I have chars on friend list on other account and noone of them ever logs on so i guess noone is playing.. What to do ?
