Regardless you will get banned for it, plus the macro trick does not work anymore either.
You will either be banned by a report someone made or end up being on the hit list of these Ghost twink guys, what they do is gather a list of players before even sending it out.

What about the 90% of ex-"gladiators" - abusing glyphs for example glyph of cat form - +20% healing on all forms, stacking glyphs and gems/metas? They're still playing, but nobody complain about that, maybe because it didn't affect your gameplay, huh? I don't even know why you care how someone look let people have fun with their characters and focus on more important things like reporting the real abusers

Well if you have proof that "90% of blabla" do that at that time, report it. If you dont have proof then it is just bs, while the proof using 3rd party software still can be gathered, and can be reported. If someone report u then hf, coz personally someone report me and i get my punshiment, and ofc if i meet some person that fall into that category i will report also. *evil smirk

No, you definitely never read a post from Staff saying that using Cheat Engine for anything is acceptable and won't get people banned.
Any use whatsoever of that (or any similar program), no matter if for transmogrification or anything else, is against our rules and has always been so. If you are caught or reported with an illegal transmogrification that obviously required using something like that, you will be punished.

I reported a while ago this player on the video but you guys never banned him even tho the transmog he has is with CE. Check it out yourself and tell me why u guys didn't ban this guy?

Uh that guy... i reported him million times with pictures and videos with Full transmog Plate into Cloth and reported him for racist.... and he still there....
Maybe hes unbannable (?) A exception maybe.. but you can see that Vexyy is a pure example of transmog with CE.

Yeah, he is temporarily inactive, so it will be awhile before anything could be done. The HK has also come back to take matters into his own hands too.

it sucks that you could get banned for tmogging your x2 2H into warglaives, but I guess just blanket banning CE is the easiest, most reliable way to catch people out who take it too far (like ranged wep to melee/plate to cloth etc). i personally think there should be some loose rules about tmogging weapons, but no ranged to melee or armor type mogs; although this would be hard to implement due to having to make a big whitelist of specific weapons, making the community aware of it and having to deal with excess reports. just my opinion, and hopefully warmane can have some leniency on this issue

You use to be able to turn a melee wep into a ranged wep/ranged into melee with macro trick, some people still have their weps this way. Hopefully they don't get targeted for no reason.

You don't get banned for <insert whatever transmogrification you want that is illegal in the game>, you get banned for using cheating software to force it in the game. It doesn't matters if you went too far or if you did a regular transmogrification with CE - if you get caught, you will be banned. What the hell is so hard to understand about the straightforward concept that using any cheating software is a bannable offense, what you used it for being irrelevant?

Exactly, the sad thing is people ignore it, and there is a handful of players who don't use forums and they pass on this CE information to others.
But seeing how some ppl in Frostwolf is, none of them come to forums, they come to play.

This is the case with one of the famous ally known as Vexxy. This guy comes to play and hang out, at times, RP and others around him do not care about his appearance, just his presence. I don't think he goes to forums and know about the rules or is aware of it, this guy even said, who comes to wow to read lol.
But I guess putting these guys down is the best thing I suppose compared to the one undead priest that is able to mass multi-kill players instantly, the Vale isn't a safe place y'know.
