Hello guys! I have been playing here for a while, and noticed the great effort you put into these realms regarding improved content. So I thought of one cool feature. As you already know there is a voice chat in-game, but it sucks. However, if you could re-work it to allow players use mic within "/say" distance with keybind, it would drastically improve interaction with other players in world, without third party programs. Just imagine how "alive" those big cities will be. Yet without interrupting anyone who's 3-5 meters away from you.
P.S. I have no idea about coding in this game, and how hard and resource consuming this may be, to implement such thing. But if you will be able to do it with in-game interface, you will be the first server actually pulling something out of that "dead" feature.
to be honest.. i dont like this idea.. i mean.. yeah i has potential.. but do you imagine dalaran with everyone in there "speaking"? my god my ears would bleed in 5 minutes.. plus.. how do you keep horde/alliance language apart if they speak english, spanish, french, russian, etc?.
maybe this could be used for an inside-guild or inside-raid feature, but not outside of that...

blizz should introduce something like this, similar to trade when both sides agree to talk. But on private servers i think we can just forget about such thing. I have feeling its ultra hard from tech. view make this happen.

They've already done that through the bnet client.
