    Broken Launcher pls help

    OK so I didn't play for a year and got a new laptop. I downloaded it for 2 days and then when I open it.... it doesn't open and it just shows that I have to try running it in administrator mode and that World of Warcraft can't make a required change to an archive file. be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder. pls I need help i don't know how to fix this and I want to play with my old characters again and I can't open up WOW and this message keeps popping up whenever I try to open the app.

    Right click on the root folder (where data, cache and WTF folders are) and go to properties. Change it from read-only.

    If you were here before Molten turned to Warmane, your old characters are gone and you cannot recover them.
