Hi !

So here's my problem. Today I changed my balance druid 550 from Horde to Alliance. I did it with several characters, never had a problem.
But now, during the transfer, a bug happened : my char had lost his boots. I looked up my mail and what did I find ?
Mother fuking SHAMAN 550 boots, with my gems and enchant ! How the hell is that even possible ? I am not even able to buy this in game since I'm a druid !

I wrote a ticket in game but someone told me he had the same problem some days ago and GMs apparently told him they could do nothing. Really ? A website bug cannot be fixed in game with a single item replacement ?

So my question is, is there something you (warmane team, GM, someone) can do to fix it ?
