Technical Frequent lag spikes

I am currently having frequent lag spikes. They seem to be very random, sometimes I get many and they last 10+ sec and sometimes it's stable for 3 min.
I have checked:

- My 1gbps fiber internet (I had no packet lose to www.warmane.com or logon.warmane.com)
- Graphics settings
- I downloaded the client again from the website
- Disabled and removed all addons

All other games I play are consistent with very low latency. The problem also occurs on other private servers.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Can it be something with my computer?

I have the exact same issue and NO1 knows anything about it. Ive tried everything. First i tought it was the client so i downloaded the new one, but it didnt help. I tried WTFast still dosent work. Had a friend log into my acc from his pc but it worked properly there....
