Technical Communication problem Via Ingame Ticket

Hi this post is adressed to a GM or a Moderator who can refer this post to a gm.

First of all I KNOW that gms will not help via forum post, but this is a special case!
I tried many times to solve my issue by Ingame tickets. But i was confronted with many annoying
problems doing this. Furthermore i wrote the issue in bugtracker but after alot of weeks I still didn't recieve answer, upvotes etc and i wont accept to wait months or years till this bug will be fixed someday, which can be easily fixed in short time.

The limited space in a ticked may caused understanding problems for my issue. Furthermore when finally a gm understood my problem but wanted additional informations before he start fixing it, my answer (without previous information) landed to a gm who had no clue what was going on. Here i want to ad that this should be fixed in future. It´s uneffektiv when the answer of the player lands to a different Gm!
Nevertheless this process reapted painfully over many weeks ! So i decided finaly to explain my problem here in full length so everyone can understand this issue.

The problem :

Before i faction changed from alliance to horde i had the quest Battle for Undercity in my questlog and forgot to delte it.
This had caused a fatal issue. The Cities and the cities zone of Ogrimmar / Durotar and Undercity / silverr forest are now affected by the Quest. This results that there are no Npc's and players beside the quest npc's in these areas.

I tried first to fix this Issue by completing the questchain as horde, what didn't help.
By a coincidence something weird happend. When I was in undercity, an alliance player appeard and was doing this quest. I was following him till he completed the quest. In this moment this quest appeard in my questlog as completed. Nevertheless the quest requiers to turn in at Varian Wyrn , which is impossible as horde.

I don`t know if the issue will disappear when you turn in the quest for me but i ask you to try this first to fix finally this problem.

Unfortunately, this cannot be fixed when you are offline, and GameMasters rarely check for player's issues inside the forum (so the chances that a succesful support can be given to you by speaking directly with a GameMaster on that realm are slight).
Thus, you have to create a ticket in-game, detailing your issue. Since that is a special case, not a common in-game bug, they are most likely going to re-add you the right faction quest right away.
