best place to lvl 70-80?

Questing in northrend is good ? or dungeon finder ( random ) ? how should i lvl 70-80 ? thx

If you play on Icecrown, I suggest you to avoid Borean, Dragonblight and Sholazar Basin due to being overpopulated and constant ganks. Stick to Howling, Grizzly, should be enough to reach 80. Yeah you can use RDF feature too, I never tried, but I suppose it works.
In case you're leveling in Lordaeron, you will have to quest alot, as it's x1, and if you want to play in dungeons you will have to communicate with others considering RDF is currently disabled.

For Lordaeron my route is Howling, Borean, Dragonblight, Grizzly, Zuldrak, Sholazar, Storm Peaks. This should get you from 68 to 80 safely, and will leave you the whole Icecrown zone for questing when you hit 80 and for money and rep to get some nice gear and get you ready for dungeons. Again this is for Lordaeron, on Icecrown you'll probaly reach 80 in half of these zones cause its faster leveling.

Also if you're on Lordaeron be sure to read the quests if you're a lore freak, all of the quests lead and build up to Arthas, aka The Lich King fight in Icecrown. He appears in alsmost every zone at the end of the quest chains to hunt you down.

So far I did, Howling, Borean, and half of Dragonblight, and I'm already 74 and a half so this route is certified.

Northrend obviously... The lvl cap was increased in wotlk, from 70 to 80 and Northrend was the new continent that was added, so 1+1 = 2...

Avoid dungeons, not worth it.
The extra reward for completing rdf is bugged and gives only x1 XP.
Consequently questing in the open world with x7 XP is much faster.
