Just asking, don't mean to offend warmane staff. But how many days I have to wait for them to reply to my ticket? It could have been solved like 5 days ago but I am still waiting for a reply. Maybe Mods who see this can tell them via skype to check my ticket please?

Tickets are solved much faster than that, the only exception being for ban appeals that have the lowest priority, since we work based on our GMs being careful and checking reports (or seeing it happen themselves) before issuing bans. I'll assume your ticket is about that, or something that is requiring a large amount of information digging and crosschecking. Either way, Moderators aren't a "shortcut" to get ahead in the line. When the turn for your ticket comes, it will be dealt with.
