hello ,today i make FOS HC and drop Trinket with AP,critical strike and the tank :) .Then he said that need it,he have fury spec ,if he need just go as dps not tank and ninja .

this is definetly not how you make a proper report. You should make in-game ticket and write same there.
As far as i know, you need to actually have screenshot with leader mentioning loot rules, that its nothing reserver MS>OS roll or smth like that.
In your screenshots no information is given, so leader might have just said at start that all loot is free roll, who knows.
plus i dont think they care about regular dungeons, if you didnt notice when some1 gets banned in-game for ninja, the reaseon is alway ninja lootining in RAID. no1 rly cares about dungs.

And the rules clearly state it as being "In-game raid ninja policy" as far as the thread created by the Head GM goes.
