Molten's deleted characters and coins

I spent more than $ 100 on this game. Molten has deleted my characters. Can they come back Do I have a chance to get one of them back?

There was a promotion we did (well over a year ago) for a limited time, for people in this sort of situation. But it has long since ended, and we no longer provide support for this.

I got the same problem about yeah a year ago i tried also to recover it for sure over a year and it did not work <.< and why is it not possible to recover it now then?!! because i wanted to play it again but this holds me back aint gonna donate n stuff again over couple 100 of dollars...i still got all my details also...
