Hi all, in this website i cant take my points, he say i you dont have any points to collect, how can get points wtf, help anynone.. Im playing molten(-warmane) very long time- 5years, and i still dont have help...

Under your account page, there should be a "collect points" button, but you must have logged in that day for it to work. Also, there are requirements before it appears, like "account in good standing" but off the top of my head I don't remember what they all are.

It says I must have a character with over 1000 achievement points to collect points. I have a character in icecrown that meets the requirements but I just started MoP for the first time. Does this mean I can't get points until I get 1000 achievement points on my MoP character? It seems a bit imprudent.

Nah, the achievement points are accumulative and the site is supposed to add up all your achievement points throughout different expansions and characters, unless they're the same achievements.
