Good Evening, i would love to set an issue about Tarovan the Ice Watcher in VOA 25! After we killed him we were able to loot the first 2 items. the last 2 were unlootable after giving out the first 2 loots, when the leader right clicked on to loot the tab would not pop up. I won my <Wrathful Gladiator's Pendant of Ascendancy>, and leader was unable to give to me because he could not loot. Please i need it!! i will provide you with 2 screenshots about it. and proof that i have won it. What can we do to fix this problem? This is one of your Warmane systems that bugged/glitched right? please help me. i really want it...

why?? it is one of your system bugs. how can you guarantee i would win another one. i waited so long for this. and now you tell me i would have to get it again in-game when you cant fix the problem? it has happened several times. even in Ulduar FL. my friend and i were unable to loot FL. there is a bug happening when looting or when members are leaving the raid. please fix this issue. it is not fair towards the players especially when they are winning epic items.

Yes, it was an unfortunate bug (assuming it did happen and the raid leader was telling the truth), something you are expected to understand and accept that might happen when you choose to play on any private server.

yes i would accept it the first and the 2nd time, but how long will we be accepting? will such a problem be looked at and fixed?

How long depends on if it's a replicable bug that can be fixed, assuming there is a bug in the first place.
If it will be looked at depends on a proper report, with enough evidence for the Developers and testers to replicate it and find the cause, being made in the Bug Tracker.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago.
I was masterlooter for voa25 frost boss. After the boss died I looted the corpse, opening the loot box and successfully giving the first two loots to the specified winners. I ran into a bit of problem for the 3rd item because the item was a healer item, but the highest roller was a dps. So i temporarily closed the loot box, and moved away from the corpse to inspect the player's gear/talents. When i went back to the body, the corpse didn't have the shiny effect and nothing happened when i right clicked the corpse. There was no message of anybody picking up the last 2 loots. The loots were gone. Some players were frustrated but there was nothing i could do. The loots just disappeared the moment i closed the loot box.
I asked about this problem in trade channel after the raid and they had similar problems. They said it might have happened because players left the group while I was still doing the rolls. I think the best solution is for the masterlooter to pick up all the items and put them in the bag, and then trade the items to the winners afterwards.
