    How do I get in touch with someone about my account? I have a donor account and now it says I don't. Now I have to wait in que to get on during my daytime hours. I tried putting in a ticket in game and they said to do it on the website but you can only put one in for ban account appeals. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Open a ticket on the Forum Website>Go to: My Account>Support>Create Ticket>Category: General Enquiry>Subject & Description.

    You should get an answer within 72hrs

  3. The only choice I have under "Category" is "Ban Appeal" and it won't let me put in a ticket online. I've talked to 3 GM's and they all have said to get in touch with someone in Accounts by putting in a ticket online. I've told them it won't let me put in a ticket online and I get the same response again. All I want is my donor status back.

    Only premium accounts have other support ticket types. You have to send email to [email protected] instead.
