    Can't enter world with character after race change

    Hello! I bought a race change for 20 points and changed the race of my character and when I tried to enter world it loads the game, then says "login failed " with a black screen. Does anyone else have this? Do you know how to fix this? Thanks!

    open a ticket in-game ( with an other character of course)
