Character Merge help

So I started with the char merge 3 days ago after I came back to play here again. I did have some pointless alts as nameholders, and they're being merged too.

Now, thing is, how long does it take for the merge? All my other friends got their char merges finished in less than a day. Is it conflicting now that I have too many characters to transfer, so if they all happened to transfer, it'd go above the max amount of characters you can have per account?

There's an option in your account to transfer character that overflowed your account to any account that you recently created. You must link it first to confirm that it is yours, and be sure that the account you created was only recently made before linking, without any characters inside.
