Technical Issues with computer rebooting while playing WoW [Icecrown]

I'm new to playing WoW on Warmane, and I've had similar issues with other MMO's (ToR and WoW Retail back when I played)

But, to be honest I don't remember how I got it to fix on the other games, specifically WoW Retail, since it would be the most similar. I know that it's not game side, it's on my computer somewhere, likely dealing with my graphics card somewhere along the line.

I'm sitting down to try and fix it today, but any help the community can provide would be very helpful.

Not very tech savvy, so bear with me if you ask technical questions, I may need assistance finding your answers from my specific machine.

Okay on to the specific issue:

When I'm playing, usually about after an hour or two, my entire computer will reboot while I'm playing WoW, no warning, it'll just reboot. I can reconnect just fine, but I know it's going to be a huge pain once it happens when I'm running dungeons or god forbid a raid.

Did do you any overclock? Which CPU, GPU, motherboard are you using?

Did you install all the drivers? And Which operative system are you using?

What about the CPU/GPU temperatures?
