Insane in the membrane achievement bugg?

So i raised all my reps to the appropriate level, (exalted revenholdt, exalted steemwheedle cartel, exalted darkmoon faire, honored bloodsail buccaneers),
and i didn't get the achievement... I just completed my darkmoon faire rep today and as expected (bugmane) nothing. I spent so much time on this achievement any help would be appreciated.

The achievement is bugged right now I think, you cannot obtain it. People have problem with other achievements which grant titles too, you may post it on Bugtracker if not exists already.

Can't the gms just award the achievement after checking if the requirements are met?? Thats what they do on retail.. solves everyone's problems
