You don't, they are different expansions.

as far as I know they should have been automatically transfered if they meet all requirements.

In case you still have to do it manually then go to:
My Account > SERVICES > Select Warsong > Character name > currency: Free > Realm Transfer > Finish by pressing TRANSFER.
