No beginning area rep gain at 80?!

So,recently I've went to all the other alliance races beginning areas and noticed you can't do any of the quests.Why is this?

You can't do them as Horde.


Ok for reals now, enable low level quest tracking.

I'm not horde,Dum-Dum.I'm dwarf.I can't do any of the "other races" of the alliance,beginning areas.
