Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that these things simply do not drop. I have been farming ragefire chasm for some time now, recipes drop normally, but I haven't seen one gear piece drop and I need a specific chestpiece for transmog which is among the other 300 that drop there. I have also noticed the same issue with TBC gear. There's no other way of obtaining these pieces and some of them fit perfectly to many people's transmog plans. So to conclude, vanilla/tbc gear I just don't see dropping, while wotlk gear drops perfectly normal

Yep, gear does not drop at all from what I've seen. And staff members give conflicting answers as to why. 1 says that drop rates are higher and so it causes other stuff to drop instead of gear (which makes no sense because it doesn't work like that) while another staff member says that all drop rates are 1x. Either way, it's safe to say that they turned drop rates way down, well below 1x. Just another thing that was working perfectly before the new core, yet isn't now.

I'm not sure about the first one, but the second one, I don't think they're 1x... Northend gear drops waaay too much for it to be x1. Like, when I farm frostweave cloth my inventory gets filled with greenies and few bluies in like 10-15 minutes.

Could we get a straight answer as to what's going on here by a staff member? If this is indeed bugged, I think this should be a priority to fix with transmog system being hot know. Because transmog is about creativity in my opinion, forging different kinds of gear to make you look unique, not about farming the same armor tier, getting colour matching weapons and thinking you will be the only one looking that "majestic".

Even the "We don't want you to know" or "We don't know either" from server staff such as GM or Admin would suffice.....

Yes fix please, i have done 4 full clears of a lvl 60 raid and i didnt get a single green drop, i dont want to spend 2 years farming a specific green for my transmog.

Yeah i have noticed this aswell the loot still drops from the boss but there are no greens dropping from the mobs.

I totally agree with this. The only thing that drops quite frequently is patterns and gems. But greenies should drop way more. I think they're at (at least) a 90% reduced drop rate.
Can we get an answer on this, please?
