Technical Site system do not send me mail for recovery a password

Hello. i was not here from a time.
I have 3 account. Of two of them i know also registration e-mails.
when try to recovery my passwords, i did not received the notitification mail in my mail boxes.
Also in the trird account, which is my main, i remember only the account name, but not the e-mail or password.

Any ways to recover any ot these my account, i need at most my main.
Also can not contact with administrator offgame, coz this option is disabled.

P.P. My account was in Molten, i heard that all characrets are gone? But then why some of my chars which name i can remember are in armory ?
