WotLK Cannot log a character into game world

For some reason I can login both of my accounts into the Lordaeron realm, but can't enter the game world with my characters. The loading screen just gets stuck when it's done. When I do enter the game world though, I suddenly get stalled as if I was lagging so badly.

I know my internet is not this laggy because I can browse and do other stuffs just fine, and I've pinged the login server, it returns packet with relatively normal delay. Also, I've logged in and off normally earlier in the day and when I log back and do some stuff a few minutes ago, this started to happen. To note, this happened a long time ago and I had to use proxy to counter this for awhile



It's as if something keeps my client from transfering data

EDIT : Apparently only happens in Dalaran. I can log in just fine with my character in Ironforge
