    I am back and I can't retrieve my account

    I have played in this server 1 year and a half ago. Now I have just downloaded the the WOTLK client and launched the game. When I log in, it says it's downloading a patch. I wait 2 minutes and it says It could not download the patch. What is the solutioni here?

    you need to log-in by using warmane account name, not email address
