Hope someone is able to help me. Today I started with my new account as a Hunter. I always thought that hunter receive their Beast Lore spell, when reaching lvl10. However, I am missing this particularly spell. I noticed the same spell for lvl 24, but this can't be right, right?

Can someone give me some explanation?
