Transmog Polearm to Sword? What to donate, Oathbinder or Glorenzelg ?

Hey guys Im about to buy oathbinder for my warrior but i don't like the appearance of the item so i was wondering if i could transmog it to a sword or an axe? Also, Oathbinder will do me no good in PvE and i was wondering if Glorenzelg, which is slightly worse for PvP, but will boost my PvE aswell, is a viable option for donation? I wanna play both PvP and PvE (More PvP, less PvE). Halp.

As far as I know, you can only transmog polearms to other polearms or staves.

Used to be a thing back in my day when i played Cata tho. U could 'mog a sword to an axe using a 2 line macro.

My understanding of the transmog system is, as long as it has the same animation when you swing the weapon, you can transmog it. 2h sword 2h axe 2h mace have the same weapon swing animation. The same goes for polearms and staves.
