Good evening, I came with the intention to report to Zwz, we were in RS 10 HC and as he had a poor performance (he is an elemental shaman with heal equipment and not good dps and apart he died at each try) we replaced him with another dps and at the moment of wipe he created a band and got in with the purpose of not letting us continue in the raid.

I tried to talk to him about why he did that and he ignored me.
