you will earn it by completing a series of quests, it begins at "The Arboretum", check the map:
Pandaria > Jade Forest > The arboretum

Hello guys,

I'm having an issue about the Cloud Serpent Riding Skill. I've Completed the quest chain, got the reward mount and the ability to ride it. But right after the server crashed, and when i logged on again it shows that I don't have the skill, but I have no quest to do anymore, and even the reward mount was in my backpack. Already Made 2 tickets to GM's, but got no lucky atm. Any suggestions? Ty in advance

How to get cloud serpent riding skill

First u must go to ARBORETUM then there is an quest for exalted with Order of the cloud serpent if u already exalted then u must go near a Serpent master ELDER ANLI shes who u get first quest in ARBORETUM get the yellow Quest from her not blue daily there is an 1 yellow quest get it and go near Serpent master INSTRUCTOR WINDBLADE shes in corner who has sky race quest talk to her and the quest will be done quickly then back to elder anli and finish quest u will get cloud serpent riding skill.
