Lag spikes and continous freeze

Hello there Warmane community, I recently came back on this server from a 5 or 6 month break and I've noticed that everytime I enter combat or so, or in a raid I can't even move because of the lag and freezes, keep in mind it's not because of my computer ( i7-6700, GTX 950M 8GB RAM and so ) and my internet provider is ok as well, I even put everything on low and windows mode and still the same, even tryed the new and old version of WoW 3.3.5 that Warmane is giving us and nothing, so any advice would be great, thank you :D.
