Donation problems

I've been trying 2 days now. I'm getting "Transaction wasn't completed" message. Tried different browsers , operating system and incognito. None works. Contacted paymentwall (horrible support) , they redirected me to my bank saying they are blocking transactions. Called my bank , they told me they don't block transactions. I've got multiple logs that payments were initiated but none successfully. Very disappointed. Now what ?

Unfortunately, we cannot help you.
Although it is very sad to hear that a player is having trouble donating, the whole transaction is managed by PaymentWall. You should try contacting them once again to find out why exactly they are blocking the payment.
