Is it worth it?!

I used to have a character here, Level 80 mage, back when population was 10-12k. But I deleted all that when I quit.

So is it worth coming back? Considering population is bearly getting 5k, divide that into 2 faction, 70-80% of that max level. Will there be any people in low level zones to play with? Or do dungeons?

Currently leveling, havent had any problems finding dungeon groups for low level dungeons, though finding a healer takes time :/
Zones are not as crowded, but you will see people running around.
