im an Orc Shaman On Lordaeron server
and if also possible how do i choose specialization ?
im not familler with Woltk

It's the 31 point talent on your enhance talent tree so level 40 minimum. You don't pick specialization like cata or newer, talents unlock at level 10.

in Wrath your "Specialisation" is just whatever tree you have your most talent points in.
Also since you are new to wrath make sure you learn your Weapon Skills from the Weaponsmaster in a city.
