Hello I am trying to complete this quest for the westfall chicken pet. One is supposed to spam /chicken on any chicken until
it will give you a quest. However, after 3x /chicken you can't speak for 30 seconds anymore. So how could I complete this quest?

You don't need to "spam" it fast. All you need is to make 3-4 second break between each line and you can /chicken without getting muted.

I managed to get this quest but i can't complete it. A chicken not speak with me after getting the quest.

Get another char or someone else to do the emote on it after you get the quest.

You need to use /cheer to turn in quest (http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:CLUCK!)
